An Integration is an automated workflow that connects your apps and services together. Every Integration consists of a trigger step (“when this happens…”) and one or more action steps (“then do this…”). When you turn your integration on, it will run the action steps every time the trigger event occurs. For example, if your rule is when every new task is created, push the new task to Asana, the integration will make sure that this will happen when there is a new task added to Google Tasks and appear on Asana.

Update time refers to the time between the rule is created and activated and the time you see the result on the corresponding platform. If we say that the update time is 2 minutes, it means that when a new task is created on Google Tasks, it will take 2 minutes for Asana to reflect this change.

Yes, we have a free trial for a 14 days period. After 14 days period, you will need to upgrade the plan to either to standard or plus plan to continue enjoy the service.

Yes, you can change your plan anytime. Please note that there is a pro ration of the subscription fee.

Yes, you can cancel your plan. However please take note that we will not refund you the remaining outstanding left in your plan should you cancel before the expiry date of your plan.

No, currently we can charge in USD.

No there is absolutely no need for you to know how to code to use Todo Master. Just follow the instructions on our pages and you will be able to sync up between Google Tasks, Trello and Asana seamlessly.

For example, if the user originally goes with standard plan (monthly) and signed up on 15 May and on 1 june he changes to a standard yearly plan, he will then be charged for the yearly fee from 15 June.

If the user originally signs up for standard plan ($2.99) on 15 May and then on 1 june signs up for plus plan ($4.99) he will then be charged, $4.99 +$2 on 15 June.

If the user originally signs up for standard plan ($2.99) and on 1 June instead change to plus plan yearly plan ($49.99) , he will then be charged $49.99 + $2 (pro rated) on 15 June.

If the user originally signs up for standard plan(yearly plan) $29.99 on 15 May 2020 and then change to plus plan yearly ($49.99) 1 june 2020, it will be charged $49.99 +$20 (pro rated) on 15 May 2021.

No. Todo Master does not support two way sync between apps right now. It is operating as an one way flow. However, you can still create a two-way sync by setting up two different integrations that perform opposite actions. For instance, you could have one integration that sync tasks from Google Tasks to Asana and you can set up a vice versa integration by triggering from Asana to Google Tasks.
